Welcome to Chelmsford's Wing Chun club, your free lesson will cover the effectiveness of close combat techniques. Take the opportunity it is free, just turn up, as and when you can, and train at your own rate. Dress is informal and clothes that allow free movement are recommended for example, T – shirt or sweatshirt, training trousers and trainers. YOUR FIRST LESSON IS TOTALLY FREE, and this will be a great way to get in shape. I have a wide range of people and their ages and fitness levels all vary and you are only encouraged to do your best. I accept new students at any time please do not be afraid to ask questions. For this is one of the ways in which we learn!
